Don’t ever come to this place. After years, Years of coming here, my bulldogs have developed allergies. We had to put them on different medication. Today I’ll bring them in for their annual check up and their shots. Only to be told by the vet tech that they can’t get their shots because the allergy medication we have them on could Prove fatal due To a potential reaction to the necessary annual shots. I asked the tech to doublecheck with the doc Just to make sure. The tech comes back in and says yes, but we’ll give them the shots if you sign this waiver, releasing us from liability if the dogs pass. I tell him no. We come to veterinarians, trusting in the care they are going to give our animals. We rely on them to know which medications they need to take. We’ve been on these meds for months Paying the prescription fee, which is not inexpensive. But I don’t mind the cost because it works. However, nobody had the fourth thought to review my chart and tell me prior to coming in that this would be a concern. And after all that the doctor didn’t even have the courtesy to come out and speak to me himself. I have literally given this place close to $10,000 for the care of both of my dogs. Only to have that slap back in my face. Did they offer me a passport? They just wanted me to put my name on a form that said if my dogs die due the medication, the law requires him to get a medication they prescribed to them. They’re not at fault. Someone please explain this madness to me. I’m sick to my stomach.

This is a great office. All of the staff are friendly and know how to handle different dog needs. I have one that wants me by her side and one that is more calm away from me. They are also so efficient and I rarely wait, even for last minute appointments

This is the clinic where I take my dog. The staff is very good to us clients and even more so to our pets. The doctor is very kind and good with the animals, and the staff is the same.

Staff is nice and Dr. as well..She was good with my pup and took her time and answered every question I had. We will return again because pricing was great and they dont take your dog to the back they do everything in front of you.

Horrible! I took my dog for a x ray puppy count.. This vet told me my dog was not pregnant but that she was going to DIE in so many days if I didn’t have a surgery on her and allow them to spay her!!!
My dog IS IN FACT PREGNANT!! She was just too early to see pups on x ray at the time of the visit.
They were going to kill my dogs puppies and Risk my dog life to undergo surgery that was not needed!!

I have used them for years. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

My cat was in bad shape. Took him to 2 different vet's no change. . Finally went to south lake veterinary within 24 hours my cat was so much better. Thankfully I found this place.

I'm so thankful to have found this place. Dr. Rodriguez, Yazmin, and the rest of the staff are amazing.

They have treated my dog Roxy like she's part of their family too. They really do care. Prices are great, too.

Roxy looks forward to going there, and so do I.
