Austin the guitar tech was so helpful. He is very professional and helped my daughter and I with several challenges we were having. Parking is easy and the shop itself and management were welcoming. We have lots of music stores in Orlando, but this one has my business in the future.
If you are looking for a high class studio and audio store, this is it!!! They have everything you could possibly need or want for whatever instrument you play. They offer lessons at a tremendous rate and the staff is professional and extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of music and accessories. I highly recommend this store whether you are a beginner or you have been playing for years.
I needed my guitar action lowered and a man named Keith was happy to do it for me. Not only that, he actually taught who to do it myself in the future. Real friendly people who actually care about you becoming a better musician, would recommend to anyone who wants to start playing.
