I had a very unusual request for my guitar to be restrung and they were able to accommodate and give me good advice. Going the extra mile has made me a repeat customer. They also give great music lessons.
I had a great experience at this music store! I stopped in to get new strings for my son’s violin, and the staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to help me choose the right strings and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The store was well-organized, and it was clear they truly care about helping musicians of all skill levels. I’ll definitely be coming back for any of my son’s future violin needs. I took a guitar in for a set-up. The Music Story was a pleasure to work with. They are very friendly and helpful. The set up made the guitar much easier to play. I am very pleased and happy I found them.
