We are very happy with our new floors. Jayson came to our home to bring samples and I also visited the showroom. Ordering was easy and the installation team was amazing and finished 7 rooms in a day and a half. I would recommend Great Lakes Flooring
We just finished remodeling our kitchen with 18 x 18 marble tiles. Prior to stopping by Great Lakes, I went to a very large floor design store in Clermont. The service was terrible and they did not follow through on promises. I then decided to go to Great Lakes and what a difference. I worked with Jayson, who gave me multiple options, set up the appointment to our estimate the next day and returned phone calls, even on his day off. The team that they sent to do the “take out” and installation showed up on time, were professional and did a fantastic job. Great Lakes is local, which I love and would highly recommend them for your flooring needs.
Jason was our salesman. He helped us pick out carpeting and laminate that worked for us. The installers came in, got everything done, and got out. No problems. Also, the in store credit they gave us paid for tiles for our backsplash. We picked out 4 different colored tiles. One of them was discontinued. However, Jason and his staff managed to locate a box of it. So we were able to have the backsplash we wanted. Thanks so much Jason.
