Love this place everyone is so nice and does a beautiful job- this is a secret hidden little gem in Clermont . They just updated all pedicure chairs and remodeled. I have been looking for six months for a consistent location and trust me this is it.
Came in for an appt with Emily and was told they could not locate my appt. Had me show my call log to show where I called in a week prior (so I did). Emily was busy and did not even look up or speak when she heard me say I was there for her. A few days later, I got a text for my appt reminder, guess they set for the wrong day but had the right time.
So after waiting for 30 mins on Emily who did not even speak. I allowed Tom to do them and he did an awesome job. So I will now work with him, provided they do select the right day for my next appt.
Came in as a new customer. So many color options! Very happy with my Gel manicure.
The only thing I didn’t like was the smell of the salon. It smelt like incense was burning, and my nose was very itchy.
