I absolutely LOVE Dr. Love. She is very professional and cares about her patients. However, the staff (receptionist & staff members) need to be trained on professionalism. They recently moved offices, their new location is hard to find. My mom was having difficulty finding the location and the gps kept rerouting her. My mom called the office to let them know and they just kept yelling at her “YOU’RE LATE! YOU’RE late!” Instead of offering her help as to how to get to the clinic. We love Dr Love and almost all the staff that works there. We did have an unpleasant experience with the receptionist that works there. She was rude and acted like she didn't want to be bothered by us. Unfortunately we will not be going back there as long as that receptionist is there. I've worked in multiple doctors and dentists office, and her rudeness is just unacceptable. Sad that the receptionist has to ruin the entire experience for our family.
