I've always wanted to try pilates, so I took the free class and joined Club Pilates about a month ago. I don't look forward to going to the gym or working out really, but I genuinely am so excited and look forward to my pilates classes every week!! I have had 5 classes so far all with different instructors, and I have to say that Cara is my favorite by far. I wanted to gatekeep (lol), but I feel like she deserves the recognition! She was SO, so kind and explained all the movements in a way that made so much sense to me as a beginner. After going about 10 years without working out and also having immense back and neck pain from a desk job (IT), I was able to jump right into the Club Pilates classes. The classes are a combination of challenging, relaxing, and invigorating. It is the first workout I’ve done that I actually look forward to!
Management (January) is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful - fantastic follow-up and communication! Bianca will kick your butt (in a good way). Greg is very encouraging and gives so many options for injuries and also heightened challenges.
