I had a veneer crack over the weekend and Dr. Ortiz and his staff got me in and out fully repaired within 2 1/2 hours — they worked me in and fixed my tooth and I am so grateful ! They are fantastic!
We used to use a different dental company, and they have changed due to I guess their expansion of offices. In fact we had an emergency and we called them and spoke to a emergency contact for the dental company, and they said they will call me back. We waited and decided to go to an urgent care to get some relief. The former dentist finally called us back on Monday at approximately 5:00 pm. We decided to go and seek a new dentist, and thank God that we did, because we found central Florida dental group, and we were welcomed kindly and they all had very professional and pleasant attitudes. Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire visit. Dental assistant Ana was especially wonderful — kind, attentive, and very reassuring throughout the appointment. The dentist explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and the filling was quick and painless. The office was clean, organized, and ran on time. I truly appreciated the level of care I received and would highly recommend this dental office to anyone!
