I just want to start by saying how warm and welcoming this place is. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. Kathy and the front desk assistant (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name!) were both incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive.
What really stood out to me was how personal they made the experience. The groomer even came out to speak with me one on one, which made me feel so comfortable and confident leaving my dog in their care.
Not only did they provide amazing service, but they also made our dog look absolutely incredible. You can truly tell they care about both their clients and the pets they work with.
Had an amazing experience with this groomer! I had a tough time finding a good groomer after moving to the area in October. The staff was friendly and attentive. They took the time to hear out my requests and executed flawlessly. Not to mention they treated my boy with care and affection. 100% will be coming back!
