Late in the day, we discovered water on the floor of our utility room with no obvious source. We had to shut our water off. We called ALDS, and Brittani made sure to get someone out to us the very next day. Brad very quickly figured out the location of an under-slab leak. He recommended that we find a reputable local plumber, and that we shouldn't let anyone try to charge us more than a certain dollar amount. He didn't have to do that as it was of no benefit to him. We got a local plumber recommended by a neighbor the next day and were able to feel confident with the estimate given, thanks to Brad.
