OMG! WCWRRR is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with for ANYTHING! From my first call when Susan actually answered the phone to Dalton's visit 2 days later to evaluate my squirrel in the attic, to Matt starting the Exclusion work on my soffit screens and Derek and Ryan finishing it up. Dalton even explained to me how to set my trap to try to catch the squirrel, but it was to no avail, the squirrel refused it. But when Ryan and Derek finished up, they inspected the chimney, sealed my chimney chute, and went back into the attic for one final checkout. Ryan found the dead squirrel near the soffit of the roof, buried in insulation. He bagged it and disposed of it. Our squirrel saga of over a month was over. Just getting someone out to fix the soffit screen was nearly impossible, let alone complete the entire job in about a week. And everyone involved was courteous, personable and knew what they were doing. They showed up on time and completed the work professionally.

I own rental properties in the area and I've used this company 3 different times and they did a great job every time. 1) Got rid of rodents and sanitized the attic for tenants. Also "rodent-proofed" the property to prevent re-entry. Happy tenants. Rodents are gone and have not returned after about 2 years so far. 2) Had some kind of wild animals in the backyard of a duplex. They "rodent-proofed" the building for me. They also dug around two sheds on the property and set up wire, etc. to prevent racoons from nesting under the sheds. Then they trapped and caught two very large adult racoons on the property. The racoons were relocated in the wild and not killed, which is important to me. 3) 18 lb. dog had a face to face run in with a hissing possum. Scared my tenants. World Class Wildlife came out and trapped and caught two adult possums and relocated them to the wild. Susan, who answers the phone during the day, is so sweet and helpful. And Ashley cheerfully takes the after hours calls. All the guys who come out are professional and know how to trap and catch the various different animals (different animals go for different bait, etc.). A special shout out to Dalton who handled a rat that wandered into one of the traps set for possums. And to Ryan who set the two traps that caught the two possums. All of their staff that I have interacted with are polite and professional. They really want to help you catch whatever it is that needs catching. I loved hearing their whole office cheer when I called to tell them that we caught the first possum. :) I will call them again if I need this kind of service in this area.

After living in old houses for two decades, inevitably there are times when you get an unwanted intrusion in attics, crawlspaces, and the like. I've dealt with a number of companies over the years and no one comes close to these guys in terms of professionalism, thoroughness, and having a great team with friendly and considerate people. They made everything incredibly easy and simple, scheduling was a snap, and they cleaned up after themselves. I will not hesitate to use them again if needed and will encourage everyone to make them the first choice. Great job.
