Had a wonderful experience with Velocity Air Conditioner. Brandon, the service representative responded to my questions right away. He was very professional and worked with me on the best approach to fix the problem.
I called Velocity at 9 P.M on a Sunday and they were out within a hour. The tech was very polite and answered all my questions. He also showed me at the unit that my system had a failed part and how he knew it was failed. He gave me the options for repairing and replacement. I had another companies quote a new system for me in the past before covid time and Velocity was a better deal, in the COVID times! The installers were also very pleasant, they cleaned their work space and also they helped me move a table! I highly recommend this company to everyone. I will be calling them for all my HVAC needs. Thank you so much to the Velocity team it's been amazing!!

I am very thankful for the excellent service I received throughout the installation of my new ACTrane. I am impressed with the quality of work. Very grateful to have chosen Velocity especially after the Hurricane Helene.
