I was referred to Taylor air conditioning after having my unit serviced by a company that I had purchased my unit from. They tried to upsell me although my unit was still under warranty. I'm so glad I got a second opinion. I contacted them on Friday spoke with Stacy and was given an appointment for Monday morning. Jake detected the problem and scheduled for the repair which was done on Thursday. Brandon arrived on time was very professional and personal. He kept me in the loop of everything that he was doing. I was charged significantly less than the company that originally installed the unit. I highly recommend this family-owned business. Honest and efficient company.
Brandon was the best. Great service NO see what I can find wrong. Just honest people found the issue and fixed. I was lucky it was not complicated. Told me if I had another issue call and come out for NO charge
Fast, friendly service, they were able to do a warranty on a broken part in our AC unit Even though the unit was not purchased from them originally. We did have to pay for labor cost, but that would be expected. Brandon did a great job and was very professional.
