As SOON as I walked into the salon, Chris was there to greet me incredibly warmly and I felt immediately at ease. I told her my story and concerns and hopes and everything and she gave me tons of great advice and kind words and just really made me feel like things were going to be OK, which I really needed to hear. I cannot stress how above and beyond she went - I've never had a hair stylist that felt like she cared so very much, I really appreciated it.

The cut felt great, she has experience working with curly hair, and I could tell. My scalp and hair felt SO good, the entire experience was therapeutic both emotionally and physically. She understood the importance of how to shape the hair to fit the shape of the head and the result was a cut that made me feel SO much lighter without losing the volume that I'm trying to hold onto. I feel like I look younger too!!! Which was a very nice surprise, haha. Also, she even gave me a bottle of styling product for free!!! Such kindness and generosity.

She is such a sweetheart and the kindest person, legitimately the best haircut experience I've ever had. I have naturally darker hair but a few years ago I had bleached my hair (somewhere else) then about a year after that I put black box dye on my hair. I didn't feel that Diane's brief discussions with the tech seated next to her was of inappropriate content, but generally speaking, it is a bit rude to speak in a language where not all the people around you understand.“
