Steve is my hero! The hard drive on my iMac crashed. I kept ignoring that my iMac was almost 12 years old and that I needed to upgrade to a new one but I was putting it off. It crashed and I was devastated. I purchased a new machine and Steve worked his magic. He was able to recover my all of my priceless data and migrated it all on my new machine!! He is absolutely my hero! He was my consultant for the purchase of my new MacBook Pro and a backup drive. He works around the clock and is dedicated to solving the problem. He also communicates very well, even when he is busy. I am very grateful to have found him as I was worried about where to go and who to trust. We are lucky that he was located in our town, too. Great customer service by both Steve and Ray! The LCD screen went on my MacBook so I went to these guys to find a rebuilt laptop. I found an HP ProBook they refurbished and I'm quite pleased with so far! Great guys to work with and very fair prices!
