Very friendly and helpful. I have a cleaning contract company and they are very easy to to work with on different projects. Every time I talk to them on the phone they're always happy and glad to talk to me. Great place, great people, highly recommended!
We are currently renting one of Premis Realty’s properties and we have been nothing but pleased. After a very poor interaction with another local property management company, we were hesitant to take a chance on another private rental business - but Premis was open and up front from the start. They followed through and communicated through the entire process. We met with real people, not self guided tours. We felt very supported as prospective tenants instead of rushed into signing away a deposit. We love our condo and If any maintenance has been needed, they have been quick to address it. Thank you!!
