Belinda listed our Sand Key condo and did a superb job of helping bring the dated property back to life, staging it well and ultimately selling it. She is a good communicator, knows the market well and was able to offer experienced local advice (as I don’t live in FL). We were very pleased with her service and would recommend Belinda for any real estate transaction (Buy or Sell) side.
