Great job by Jaden! We called for a repair app't and only had to wait one day and a half for a service rep to come. Jaden identified the problem after looking everything over pretty quickly and gave us a tentative diagnosis. He checked with in with his boss to see if the problem could be solved by not having to replace any parts (by trying something different instead). He gave us a couple of options, was very professional, yet friendly, and overall did a great job. The cost was reasonable; we're satisfied with the solution.
