I had such a wonderful experience with Emma! I've never had a facial before and wasn't sure what to expect, but Emma gave me a rundown and made sure I was comfortable. We had a great conversation at the beginning, and I appreciate Emma letting me drift off. It was so relaxing, I thought I was going to fall asleep ?
