I found everyone extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what I was doing what I needed the doctor was very very good at explaining all the details of what might happen in the future what I was progressing at now so I was extremely pleased this is one of the best experiences I've had at an eye doctor and I am now 76 so I have been to a good number of I would recommend them to anyone ?

Dr. Keats and his staff were amazing! Had a wonderful experience when I brought my mom in for her annual eye exam. He was very thorough with his exam and excellent at explaining her results. His staff was lovely, professional, and kind. We will definitely continue to use Dr. Keats.

My first visit to Northwood Vision. Had my eyes examined by Dr. Keats, for new glasses. I am a 75 year old man and have worn glasses since I was 7 yrs. Old! This was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had in my life. Dr. Keats explained in great detail every aspect of the exam. And he also completely explained what I can probable expect of my vision in years to come. The entire staff of four woman each spent time with me the moment I walked in the door. They were each helpful and personable. We are lucky to have these folks in our community!
