Had the pleasure of meeting Jose Bojay and his Wife Gabrielle today as I wanted to surprise a lovely Senior Couple I care deeply about. They sharpened 14 Kitchen Knives (various sizes) in all, in such a timely manner. They were both very kind and extremely professional. I would recommend them to any one needing Knife sharpening.

Went in to get my Captain's knife reshaped after snapping the tip of the blade. They restored the blade and gave it a great sharp edge, and I also left with a few used kitchen knives after chatting with the owner for a minute. Great service.

Sharpened all my knife block for about $50. The guy who did it seemed knowledgeable. I waited while they did it and it took only about half an hour. The door was a little sticky so it seemed like they were closed but you just have to pull a little hard. Happy to have my knives slicing like a boss! The only thing they could do better would be have a more luxurious and better organized store and shop but the service was great.
