I was having trouble deciding what I wanted online for eye glasses and so I actually went down to the location on East Bay and was given all the variable and options and put at ease with which way to go and what to purchase for myself and the. Later even brought my mother there so she could get some better readers - both of us left very happy with the service.
Don't look anywhere else than here, at Magnifying Aids. I found this company to be helpful in my search for an optical reader, even though it's not one of their products. I ordered a Super Mag 7X LED pocket magnifier for my grandmother and we just received it. She absolutely LOVES it! I cannot thank the people at Magnifying Aids enough for helping me decide which magnifier would be best beneficial for her. It is exactly as it was pictured on the website and the perfect size for her small hands. It came in a reasonable amount of time. They did explain to me that they do have a 14 day return policy, but that they would be more than willing to exchange it out for another size magnifier if it was not strong enough or if she wanted something different.
