My fireplace wouldn’t turn on so I contacted Tommy. He asked a few questions to diagnose what he thought could be the problem. He then walked me through locating and changing the batteries over FaceTime. Fireplace is now working! So impressed with him not just making a service call. I had a gas leak in the house and had to call Clearwater gas to get an emergency shut off as my meter did not have a shut off valve for me. They then suggested I call "Largo Piping and Gas" to fix the leak for me. I was very impressed with the great service I received from Matt & Keith!! They were here quickly, fixed the leak and installed an emergency shut off valve for me the very next day. These guys were very professional, great quality work and I thought the price was right. I've also suggested to my neighbors to all get this user friendly shut off valve installed for their safety.
