I’ve been enjoying the hyperbaric oxygen chamber and ozone sauna sessions. She also has an amazing spa package that lets you experience nearly everything: Rife Bio Frequency, Bemer Micro-circulatory Session, Biomat (Far Infrared amethyst mat), Sound & Light Therapy, Ozone Steam Sauna, Vitamin D Tanning Bed, and Full Body Red Light Bed. Highly recommend L.A.L! I have been come here weekly for over a year and it has been a place I am so grateful to have during my healing journey. Gabby is an absolute sweetheart and she has so much knowledge to offer. Her services are all wonderful and so helpful to keep your body in the right place!
