I have experienced lower back discomfort for the last several years. Dr. Stafford recommended doing spinal decompression therapy. After this gentle stretching was completed Dr. Stafford did an adjustment on my spine. I have been to several chiropractors in the past, but Dr. Stafford performed the most comprehensive adjustment I have ever experienced. My back discomfort is relieved. I will see Dr. Stafford again next week to continue with my therapy plan to keep my spine in alignment. I would highly recommend seeing Dr Stafford as he offers so many different wellness therapies.

I went to Integrative Health Solutions to try the spinal decompression therapy, and it was very relaxing and helped to gently stretch my spine. i felt much more limber afterwards and could tell it helped. Dr. Stafford also offered me a chiropractic adjustment, which was my first one, and he was able to quickly fix my ankle which has been popping for 10 years. i highly suggest Integrative Health Solutions!

I am enjoying great results from IHS!This is the place to go to get results.I tried cool sculpting but this is way better! Staff is super warm and friendly.I definitely recommend IHs!???
