I received such important information which I implemented in my daily schedule. Dr. Susan was not only knowledgeble but she had a helpful and encouraging demenor to encourage you to make it happen. I had excellent results in my red light therapy and my healthy rejuvination meal plan. I lost 16 lbs. and developed some healthy lifestyle changes! I had a 53 % improvement overall losing 10 lbs of weight with 6 pounds of it viseral fat! So happy with my results!

Susan was my counselor. She is very warm. She also makes you understand how to keep up with your instructions. It's very very important to follow perfectly. I've lost 20# in 9 weeks and counting. I started with a body scan and continued with red light therapy. The scan was the eye opening kick I needed to recognize how unhealthy I actually was. The red light has helped my skin stay tight as I have lost weight. The ladies that helped me are so wonderful in listening to my concerns and answering all my questions. They are always so welcoming and make me feel so comfortable. They are accommodating to my schedule and even squeezed me in when they had an opening. So thankful for them! Highly recommend!
