I brought my 45 year old Lotus in for an evaluation because of some buzzing from the upper frets. The staff was so professional and knowledgeable and diagnosed and repaired some issues that were present. I am an intermediate beginner and really appreciated the professional service I received from Hank's Guitar shop. My guitar sounds great again. You guys rock!

Stopped by Hank's with my daughters P bass that wasn't working. They checked it out and cleaned the pots. Fixed! No charge. Definitely a great place for repairs. It's refreshing to meet honest people!

I found the guitar I need for studio recording at Hanks over the weekend. I have been searching for a LTD M1 Custom 1987 for a few months, every one I found during my search was either too expensive or had issues, dings, scratches, etc. I drove 200 miles from across the state and I'm sitting at home looking at this guitar and I am so happy I drove out to purchase it, its beautiful and flawless. Matter of fact there isn't even a single blemish, ding or scratch on it.
