Place is good and staff also very good and respectful but service for pedicure is not as expected. other places with same rate they do cuticle oil and proper calus remover

I consider them thieves. I bought 2 Groupons to this place for pedicures and first of all had a hard time contacting them for my appointment. I was texting with them on a Wed at 9:00am which ended with a question that wasn’t answered until Thursday at 1:00pm. That thread also ended with a question about when the next appointment would be available and Can we look ant next Wed and that wasn’t answered until Mon. I was asked morning or afternoon which I answered and was given a time proposal. That thread also ended with a question from me but was never answered. I sent a text on Tuesday asking if the appointment was for Wednesday meaning tomorrow or next Wednesday since it wasn’t really confirmed and did not receive an answer so again there was no confirmation. The next text I received was on Wednesday saying that my appointment was for today and this is was after the appointment time. I said forget it, I’ll just get a refund. When I went back to Groupon the merchant had redeemed my 2 Groupons saying they were used. I text them about that several times and they never responded so basically they stole my money. Groupon said that the merchant needs to confirm I haven’t used it before I can get a refund but the thieves will not respond for me to get that conformation. Definitely DO NOT buy their Groupons.

Not a pleasant experience! The girl( Genesis) cut my toe nail so short that two of my toes are hurting when I walk. No apologies whatsoever. She had to redo my big toe a few times! The place was empty on a hursday at 5! It took 2hours and 30 minutes for a pedi and mani! No ambience music ,the floors were dirty, the bathroom was disgusting! I do not recomend this place!

Worst manicure I've ever had. No cuticle work, my nails still have rough edges from the haphazard filing, they were not shaped or cut to uniformity. The gel wasn't set properly so every nail on my left hand is smudged.The pedicure was really not much better, I even had to ask for her to clean under my nails and to buff the nail bed. The polish selection is woefully inadequate.This was a total waste of time and money.
