He was very thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and paid attention to every detail. What really stood out was that he treated the AC system as if he were working on his own home, making sure everything was done right. We signed up for the Comfort Club and the level of service has been exceptional. Thomas explained what they were checking out during the semi annual visit and provided a detailed list of items I need to keep an eye on. He also provided an estimate, if we wanted to move forward on the repairs/maintenance. The appointment was during the time we agreed on and I received notifications as the tech was assigned, once they were about 30 minutes away and a cool map on my phone to stay up to date how far away they were.
