Harold is the owner, he's very honest and up front with you. He doesn't try to sell you a new unit but trys to fix the one you have. I appreciate that. I did need a new unit though, mine was old and not a top quality brand. They replaced it in one day with a top quality brand. Very efficient, polite and professional team, Joe and his co worker (sorry I forgot his name.) I was quoted $3000 less than the company who originally installed this unit. I highly recommend them for all your HAVC needs.

Called Ervin air on Friday at 2pm and had a service tech there at 4 pm. They had the problem diagnosed and was able to get parts from the manufacture, and the system is now up and running. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
