East-West recently completed a successful upgrade to the electrical panel in our home in Dunedin. The work was excellent, the price was competitive, all time-line promises were honored, and the work area was left spotless every step of the way. Those aspects alone merited a 5-star review. But East-West really hit it out of the ballpark with the professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, exceptional communication, and positive attitudes of their employees. Starting with Phil, who wrote up our estimate and later calmly solved a small speed bump in our project. I had East-West Electric update my electrical panel and meter box last month and install a generator transfer panel for a future generator installation.
Alex and Phil were great and worked with the city to solve a few pre-permit issues that came up. I also spoke with the office manager, Maya, several times, and she was one of the most pleasant and caring people I’ve ever dealt with.
Aaron and Jessi did a clean, thorough job. Both the city inspector and the generator installer commented on the quality of East-West’s work.
I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I can't say enough about Josh! He's amazing. Knows what the heck he's doing, that's for sure. He and Johnny did a great job. Fixed the problem I called about and then some!! I highly recommend East-West electric and will confidently call them with any electrical needs in the future. They're professional; but also friendly! Really great job!!!
