Based on the reviews, Dynamic Plumbing Plus is a highly recommended plumbing company. The customer service is excellent, with Mary being incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable. Scheduling is quick and easy. The team, including Thomas, Dustin, and Marty, is professional, courteous, thorough, and efficient. They handle tough jobs like anode rod replacement on water heaters, fixing main drain line problems caused by tree roots, and replacing unit main water shut off valves. They are honest, with fair and affordable pricing, and will even match another company’s quote. Dynamic Plumbing Plus shows customers the video of the drain line and clearly explains the problem and solution. They do not try to upsell or overcomplicate the issue. The work is high quality, fast, and clean, with minimal down time. They go above and beyond, fixing things not done properly by previous plumbers. This is a team you can trust, and they have earned their customers' trust for future projects like replacing pipes and getting a water softener.
We found Dynamic Plumbing Plus off of recommendation of a trusted friend, Scott. Boy am I glad he told us about them! After many repeated failed diagnostics done by other Plumbing companies, trying to find the source of bad odors in our home, these guys came out and did the job. We had previously had three smoke tests and repeated scoping of our plumbing and nothing was found of any significance. Highly recommend Dynamic Plumbing Plus and our plumber, Thomas! From my first call with Mary, the customer service was excellent and scheduling was quick and easy. Thomas handled a tough anode rod replacement on our 9-year-old AO Smith hybrid water heater and also drained the unit while he was here. The pricing was fair, and they even matched another company’s quote. Great service, honest pricing, and a team you can trust!
We recently had a main drain line problem at a property in St Pete. Dynamic Plumbing came the very next morning and determined it was tree roots that broke the pipe and clogged the pipe. Dynamic Plumbing was professional and showed us the video of the drain line and went over the problem and recommended solution. They also pointed another thing that was not done properly by a previous plumber that they fixed. Dynamic Plumbing temporally cleared the line so our renter could use the water and the next day quickly dug out the problem area and replaced the pipe with modern plastic pipe that won’t allow roots to break it.
