I LOVE Club Pilates. I have just completed my first year of membership and am thrilled with my results. I have gradually increased my strength, "lubricated" my joints and toned my body. I am 74 with various health issues that come with age. I was very nervous and pretty uncoordinated when I started. The instructors, (especially Linda, Sevdije and Peggy) are very knowledgeable and really helped me feel comfortable and confident with the exercises. Every class is different, so it never gets boring. Joining Club Pilates has been life changing for me!

I absolutely love Club Pilates countryside! The reformer flow classes are amazing - such a great full-body workout that’s both challenging and fun. The instructors are incredibly helpful and always so encouraging, making you feel comfortable no matter your skill level. The whole atmosphere is positive and welcoming - I actually look forward to every class!
