I have used Clearwater Window and Door in the past because the service and personnel have been extremely professional. The installers are very polite and communicate well. They make sure that all furniture and carpet are protected when installing the windows.

UPDATE: After speaking with rep of Clearwater windows a doors, James, he calmed all Our fears and had the window replaced within 4 weeks (they had to order the window) Thanks James and Clearwater W&D!!!!

That being said when we returned back to Florida I noticed our “new” windows, installed by Clearwater Window an Door, had a fog in the center window I called the company and after speaking to someone who told me that the warranty had expired in October. I wholeheartedly recommend Clearwater Window & Door, Inc for the installation of PGT impact resistant windows. Mike Schrett and his team installed 11 windows, including 3 in one opening, in a single day. The job also included replacing 7 exterior concrete window sills and 5 interior marble sills. The price I paid for the job was very fair and reasonable. The turnaround time from signing of the contract to scheduling the installation was slightly more than 11 weeks, primarily because the windows were custom made.
