process was easy and smooth. Everyone involved was very active and responsive to the email. Marc is great with answer any questions via call or text (also Jonathan) All I have to do is submitted all docs they required online and I closed on my first house in 30 days.

Wow, so glad i backed out of a HELOC with my 1st lender and talked to Marc when I did.. So glad I pumped the brakes and went with Marc and Jonathan's HELOC lender. The process was all of 2 weeks..
