One of the best closing experiences we’ve ever had! No nonsense with this team and everything was delivered on time as promised. They gave us our clear to close over a week early and everything went very smoothly. Their team was very knowledgeable and responded to our emails and questions quickly. I will definitely be using DDA again on our next purchase. If rates fall enough in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to refi with them as well. Don’t hesitate to call them for a quote!
