Jack at Castle was very patient with me as far as answering all of my questions and explaining things, sometimes more than once. There were also issues with Universal PandC, but Jack waited it out with me until we were able to move forward. The team that came out worked very hard and were very polite. They took the old roof off in one day, put the new one on the next. The pricing was very fair. I would def recommend Castle Roofing!
