Customer Service is Everything. In a time of inept customer service caused by lack of compassion by most workers (these are the times we live in), there is still hope. Here is my timeline - 01/2021, new VPF flooring purchased and installed. By 06/2021, the flooring began to exhibit signs of deterioration of cupping and bowing, along with exuding a liquid material which caused the floor to start "rotting".
