Customer Service is Everything. In a time of inept customer service caused by lack of compassion by most workers (these are the times we live in), there is still hope. Here is my timeline - 01/2021, new VPF flooring purchased and installed. By 06/2021, the flooring began to exhibit signs of deterioration of cupping and bowing, along with exuding a liquid material which caused the floor to start "rotting". I immediately reached out to the sales rep from Bob's who sold me the floor initially and he came out for an inspection. Thus began my journey with Bob's and defective flooring.
