We’ve been going here since our son was born (2022). Meeting Dr. Jackson for the first time at the hospital was great and everything was new for us. She actually helped us get discharged quickly which we are forever thankful. Yes, you may wait (tbh I have been in and out of that hospital within an hr) but I’d love to hear where someone never has to wait at a drs office. Almost unheard of! My son gets the attention he needs from experts and we are thankful for it.
Had to seek out a different pediatrician because the waits to see doctor are horrific… waited 1.5+ hours on multiple occasions when we had a scheduled appointment only to then find out the last time they no longer took our insurance.
We have been seeing Dr. Jackson-Curtis since my daughter was born almost 18 years ago. She came to the hospital to check her out. She is by far the mostly knowledgeable and respectful physician I have ever dealt with. Even if you do have to wait, which that has not been a problem in years, she is well worth it! Every illness and situation we have gone through over the years were always handled with confidence, knowledge, wisdom and respect for my position as the parent.
