I love Bay Paws Pet Resort. I know weather I'm sending my pup Charlie there for a day of play, a bath or a weekend away she's in the best hands. The staff always makes me feel welcome when I walk in and they're always excited to see Charlie.
I love how clean the facility is when you walk in and it doesn't feel like a boarder. Prior to finding Bay Paws I went to a different boarder in the area and I thought it was normal for it to smell like dogs and have the sounds of barking the entire time. At Bay Paws that is not the case. My dog use to come home with no voice and lethargic and I thought that was just part of boarding your pet.
Having access to the camera feeds is such a plus, because I know I can pop on at any time and see her.
They are also so accommodating. My parents dog was much older and did not like to be alone so we were able to board my dog and theirs together in the same suite when we would go away as a family.
My dog has separation anxiety from me and when she is there that anxiety goes away once she goes through the doors. She always has a blast and I am able to see that on the camera.
She has also been going to Jamie for grooming her entire life and I wouldn't go to anyone else for that because she ALWAYS looks amazing when I pick her up.
If I could give Pay Paws 100 stars I would because they truly are the best.

Bay Paws watched my dog Bohdi for 6 nights and they were great! Bohdi was worn out when we picked him up from the playtime and splash park! Glad I found a place I can trust!

My precious Beaux was boarded for 8 days . I was able to bring his bed and food from home. Received pictures and updates on his eating, drinking and bathroom. Beaux was able to relax in his personal condo, he loved the play time and even had his nails trimmed! Beaux will return to Bay 🐾 Paws on future travels. Thank you to the staff for making Beaux feel right at home!

I would give them 20 stars if I could, they are the BEST! The people up front are very welcoming, friendly and I feel comfortable dropping our dog off. Jaime, our groomer, has been perfect everytime! She does an amazing job on mickeys hair, she knows exactly the cut we want and what he needs. He has been a very sensitive dog his whole life and the groomer takes her time with him, re assures him, he is always happy to go, it makes my heart happy knowing how well he is taken care of. Thank you for being so kind, respectful and of course big animal lovers! I feel like we hit the jackpot when we found this place. We have recommend Jaime and Baypaws to so many people, we want to share the goodness we have found! Thank you Baypaws!

I boarded my senior french bulldog with Bay Paws in April 2026 and it was truly such a great experience. I haven't boarded our dog for years because he has health issues and in his senior years I just haven't felt comfortable leaving him. He also has separation anxiety. We had a funeral we unexpectedly had to leave the state for so we had no choice but to board him and my vet recommended Bay Paws. Bay Paws was so welcoming and helpful in answering all my questions. The 24/7 cameras to the room are a great addition. I loved being able to check on him. Our dog seemed very relaxed the whole time he was there and seemed to have gotten lots of potty breaks and love. His kennel stayed spotless and I even noticed they gave him a few extra blankets for comfort. Will definitely be using them again if we need to. Thank you Bay Paws!

Absolutely love Bay Paws!!! We usually go to the Clearwater location, but they made it so easy to transfer him to Ybor when I needed some last minute holiday boarding and our daycare was full. I’m only writing a review now because I ADORE all the staff I’ve met since we started coming here last year and I want to shout them out!! Christy and the lady with the fun hair who used to be at the reception desk (I wish I caught your name!!) especially make me feel like they really know and love Koda! The camera access is so reassuring, as I am a first time pet parent with as much anxiety as my dog, but honestly I rarely even look at the cameras at this point- other than to make sure my guy is behaving. I completely trust the staff. I am so grateful to have found Bay Paws as Koda’s first ever daycare. <3

Ther are multiple locations for this company. We communicated with one but when I looked up the address it was a different location. Fortunately there was room for my pet but it could have been a problem. Please ensure information is communicated in a way to make it easier to find the right locations. Over all it was a great experience and I would use this company again.

Bay Paws is wonderful. My pup loves going there and you can tell he is well cared for. I receive texts and emails about anything that is going on while he’s at daycare and we receive report cards about how he did each time. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming and they know each pet that comes in. You can really tell they love their job and the animals they look after!
