Before going with this company. They told us about their lifetime warranty. Every time something has happened. They told us that it's not covered under warranty. When our fence was damaged in the Florida 2024 hurricane Milton and Helene. They charged us $600 just to come out,and look at the damage. This cost was not included in the total price of the repair. The price that they charge just to fix the fence. Still makes my head hurt. 😩

I can’t say enough about the crew that Allied Fence sent to install our fence. Two of the most pleasant, hardest-working guys I’ve had the pleasure to meet. Top notch work all the way around. I highly recommend Allied for your fence needs - they’re the only company I’ll call. They have quite a backlog of work, but well worth the wait. They’re busy because it’s worth it!

I contracted Doug back in February 2025 to get my fence replaced after the hurricane. I had to pay 50% deposit and wait over 3 months for my install. I tried to contact him several times to confirm the date but no response and nobody showed up. I finally was able to talk to him after the office forwarded my call to him and got a new install date. The crew actually showed up, I showed them where all the irrigation lines are, sprinklers and city water line. They left a complete mess and spread it around our mulched areas so it was even harder to fix! And when I was finally able to locate my sprinklers it turned out that they put the fence right on top of them! No response from Doug whatsoever, and this project is now costing me more money and time to fix, not to mention that I lost a few square feet of my yard to my neighbor. (Should have given a 1 star but I added one for a military discount that I received)

Whack job of a driver. Whoever drives the white GMC truck, older gentleman, needs to know how to drive without jeopardizing innocent lives! He shouldn’t be driving a company vehicle let alone any vehicle like that.

Do not use this company! They take shortcuts. We live in a newer community in Palm Harbor and they put the perimeter fence up. This was installed approximately two years ago, and in total, it reaches 2000 feet. Every single post they put in was an 8 foot post as opposed to best practice, which is 9 feet. I know that because I’ve checked with other fencing companies and the Internet. Additionally, they only put concrete in 75% of the posts. Best practice is concrete in all of the posts. Consequently, as a result of hurricanes last year, our community just had to redo 25 posts on the north side because the posts loosened and they were leaning. The cost to the community will be roughly $8000. We did replace the eight footers with nine footers. Our issue is that the post that we did not replace on that side, about 50 of them, still are 8 foot posts. Had the job been done right we wouldn’t be addressing this issue. Again, stay away from this company!

Allied Fence installed a section of fence for me that was 65 linear feet with a double door 10ft gate. That was $3841.92. I call them up to quote reinstalling the gates after a construction project and the quote is to install 15 linear feet of fence plus reinstall the existing the two 5ft double door gates. This quote?? $1988. Seems to be consistent on bids for $1100 for gates so that means they have increased from $41/linear foot to $132/linear foot. Should be reported for price gouging. Clearly that’s what’s happening. Not to mention Jeff’s completely unprofessional response when I asked why his quote was so expensive.

I will have a bunch more business to redo all the backyard after the dock and seawall are getting done but I have no desire to work with a company taking advantage of people. None of you should either.

AVOID ALLIED AT ALL COSTS. I walked outside my home to this company that the neighbor hired completely digging up my yard without my knowledge. They provided NO notice and NO courtesy of even ringing my doorbell and notifying me that my yard would be destroyed. They also left the fence completely dirty and did not clean up their mess. I spoke to the “manager” who told me it’s not his problem and that they have a right to enter my property without permission. Sharing our email exchange. Shady company with no ethics.

If you ever have to deal with the owner, good luck. The fencing contractors are all very nice, but the owner made this a bad experience. There was a problem with our fence and owner refused to take accountability for it when the contractors were agreeing with us. Owner made us pay them to fix their mistakes.

Needed to buy a piece of fence. Left multiple messages for a sales person to call me. None returned. Office "Temp" said I needed to make an appointment for a salesman to come out. I repeated that I just want to buy a piece of fence. Finally called again and got to speak to "Doug" Salesman He wrote up the order and I went in to pick it up only to be told "We dont want your business" Got what I needed at Home Depot. Good by Allied Fence Never Again.
