I cannot say enough good things about this company!!! After being blown off or taken advantage of by 3 other companies, I was referred to Air West and am now a customer for life. Every single person we dealt with - from the ladies in the office, the technician Rodney, our Project Manager Jason, and the installation team led by Nick - our experience was top notch! You could tell their goal is to provide the highest level of customer service and they delivered. As much as we didn’t want to pay for a new unit, they weren’t pushy at all and did everything they could to ensure we had cool air ASAP. Their prices are also very fair! Air West AC is a great company. Kyle came to our house and helped us with our AC. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. Thanks Kyle and AirWest, I would recommend them for anyone looking for a new AC replacement.
