I cannot say enough good things about this company!!! After being blown off or taken advantage of by 3 other companies, I was referred to Air West and am now a customer for life. Every single person we dealt with - from the ladies in the office, the technician Rodney, our Project Manager Jason, and the installation team led by Nick - our experience was top notch! You could tell their goal is to provide the highest level of customer service and they delivered. As much as we didn’t want to pay for a new unit, they weren’t pushy at all and did everything they could to ensure we had cool air ASAP. Their prices are also very fair! I was quite impressed when after calling KYLE and explaining our situation, he was able to have a new air conditioning unit installed in our condo in Largo within 3 days! That included arranging for a crane to get the compressor on the roof of the building and arranging everything with the condo community. It is wonderful when you are dealing with a professional group that can take care of a job quickly and efficiently. As a REALTOR, I will be recommending them to other clients that need a reliable A/C company for their properties - whether commercial or residential, give AIR WEST AIR CONDITIONING, INC a call!
Kyle, Matt and team were very professional. My quote was very competitive...lowest, in fact. The owner came out and explained his solution to re-working existing ductwork and he was extremely knowledgeable. They completed all work when promised. Overall, I would highly recommend Air West Air Conditioning.
