My needs are simple. Larry Strauss PA does an excellent job handling my skin conditions. His nurse assistants are friendly and listen to what my concerns are. I can usually get an appointment within the next day or two. Best to use a debit card for your co-pay as they now charge the 3% fee on a credit card, but they will also take a check. Best to Call during office hours to make your appointment because their AI system sucks.

Very good first time experience. Staff was nice. Dr. Garcia was wonderful. She didn’t rush with my exam. My check out took a few extra minutes and the young lady processing my check out was calm and very helpful.

Won’t be back. Had appt with Larry, we agreed to defer any treatment to my pending appt with my esthetician. After meeting with her, she said let your derm do any prescriptions/treatments he wants. I physically stopped in the office to relay this info and was told I would get a call back. Waited a week. Crickets. Followed up with a phone call to the clinical staff to call me back. Crickets again. I’m a doctor myself.. I would never neglect my patient like this. Very poor standard of care.
