I just had a Rheem 4 Ton whole house AC system installed by this company. Their service and professionalism and attention to detail was very good. Installation includes a 2 year service agreement and 1 year of labor in addition to a 10 year parts warranty. Prior to this I had them for a 1 year service agreement and they have probably been out to my house five times over the last year due to various problems with the terrible bank installed air conditioning system on the home that I purchased from the bank. We needed Sunday service and got it within 2 hours. Unfortunately, we needed a new unit due to inadequate service and procedure by a prior contractor. The ABS tech was informative, helpful, with no pressure or "scare" tactics. First thing Monday, they were out to replace our unit with one that has a 12 year warranty and that is manufactured in the United States. The techs worked together smoothly without complaining even though the temps in our attics had to be well over 100. We felt the firm was professional and knowledgeable, and we're pleased.
