I contacted Ability Air regarding an issue with my AC, and on the following morning, John and Jacob arrived at my residence and completed repairs. John and Jacob were both professional and personable. They explained the issue and the corrective measures they took to correct the problem. The cost of repairs were very fair. If you need AC/HVAC work, I highly recommend Ability Air.
Ability Air is our go-to when we need a company that does an excellent job and who we can trust. As a homeowner, it can be tough when vendors come into your home to provide opinions and quotes in knowing who is being honest vs trying to take advantage of you. This is never a concern with this company. We trust John and his team and they always do a great job. They have provided us with great service at different homes we have owned or rented over the years. This year they provided an annual maintenance on both our main AC system and mini split. Wow! I can't praise enough how happy and impressed I am with Ability's Air's fast and competent service!! He was spot on in finding and fixing the problem and in no time, we had cold air again - yes!
