Awesome experience!!! The tour team is very friendly and professional, the Captain did not rush the tour, he took the time so that everyone could get a chance to see the dolphins and get great photos. We had a blast!!!
Here’s what I learned on this tour…there really are no guarantees of seeing a dolphin. We had very little dolphin activity on our cruise, because we just happened to hit it during a time where the dolphins were largely feeding, napping, and being anti-social.
However…Our guides, Adriana and Bron were really fun and positive, and didn’t give up trying to make a dolphin sighting happen. During our last 5 minutes, they spotted a small pod, and decided to give it a try interacting with them, in the hopes that the dolphins would play in our wake. We were so delighted that they did!! Little Toot II is absolutely incredible!
We went on the 5 PM tour and seeing the dolphins ride the wake and surf right next to the boat was the coolest thing ever. They get so close to you, it felt unreal ☺️
Giving it 4 stars just to be realistic for other people-it’s definitely a bit hit-or-miss since it's nature and completely out of their control. We only ran into one pod of dolphins during the tour, but getting them to ride the surf like that made it the best experience we could've asked for anyway. Just keep in mind that even though they guarantee a sighting, coming back for a re-ride takes a big chunk of time... read full review
