This was my first time going to this salon, and my first time cutting off my hair in 20 years. Dakota went above and beyond to make this experience good for me. I was nervous because it was a huge change and he really was amazing. He paid attention to my requests, continually made sure I liked it and that everything was okay. Highly recommend Platinum Roots Salon, it's not just an everyday business, it's people who care about other people!
I absolutely love this place! My daughter is very particular about who cuts her hair, and she won’t let just anyone do it. She only wants Dakota! Dakota is amazing, patient, and always does such a beautiful job. We’re so happy we found this salon and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend! ❤
Dakota was amazing and super nice.i loved what he was able to do. I can't wait to go back ! If you want a hairdresser that listens to you, that's easy to talk to and does a great job at what he does ! Definitely he's your guy. Oh and I also forgot to mention that he does an amazing haircut. The haircut was outstanding. My hair has never looked that good for a long long time!! Definitely has a new customer!!
