Bought a concrete mixer offline that the seller said was it was in working condition. When I got it the capacitor was blown and would not work. I took it to R&M and they had it fixed within 2 days at a very reasonable price. I'm especially thankful since they help me get out of a situation where I took someone's word that something was working.
Excellent customer service and ingenuity. Needed a capacitor for a generator repair and needed it done quickly. They didnt have the part, but helped me configure a setup that would work until the right part gets here. Awesome job
I was pretty pleased with them back in June when we took our pump in. It cost us $97 and it was done by day 2. I had to call to find out it was done and they never called before fixing it to give me the quote but I could live with that. I was just happy to have it done and it not cost a small fortune. Unforunately, here it is just over 3 months later and I'll be heading to them again with the other pump bc the one they fixed in June has gone caput. We've been without water for a week again. Ugh. I'm tired of this well drama tbh. Let's see if R&M can save us again. And maybe this pump will last longer than the last one they rebuilt. *crosses fingers tight *
