My first visit. Although everyone was nice, pleasant and helpful. They were obviously overbooked for an 11:00 am appointment that the Panama City office had made for the day after cataract surgery. Wait time was an hour. I was starving . Stop overbooking.
When I made a follow up appointment for 1:30 things were much better. Wait time was less than ten minutes. Thank you.
The ladies at the front desk are absolutely amazing and so so very nice!!! But the one who first took me back to dilate my eyes and do the initial stuff was a little inpatient and also a little rude maybe she was having a bad day don’t know for certain but everyone else was so so nice especially when they brought me back the second time to see the doctor I was very happy with her and her assistant they were the nicest people I have ever dealt with and even the lady helping me with order my glasses I think her name was miss Kim she was very helpful and very nice for my glasses covered where I was only paying $58 out of pocket!!!! Highly recommend to everyone!!!
